Houston, we have a problem!

So you think you might need a coach?

Well, you are in the right place.  If you are here, it is because you WANT to be.  Sounds weird but the people who want to change are those that seek it.  You might have an inkling as to why you want to see a coach and as you read more on my site, you might think that someone else might be a better fit and that’s fine!!!  I don’t profess to be all things to all people and you will often see me recommending other routes to take. Fundamentally, for coaching to work, we need to get on, to have rapport with each other and you need to be really comfortable in that space.

Below are the main reasons people come to see me. Above all, it’s important to understand if I’m the right fit for you and vice versa. Feel free to connect with me and find out.

Improve Confidence

Think of it as literally anything that strikes fear into you at the thought of doing it, such as presentation skills, leading teams, starting a new role or being promoted, being noticed in the workplace or in personal relationships

Anxiety and Stress

Anxiety and stress for one person is not the same as another and can manifest themselves in so many ways from physical to mental

Limiting Beliefs

A state of mind around certain beliefs you have about yourself, that you think is true and limits you in some way

Do you hear yourself saying things like this? If so, I can help you.

“I can’t possibly do that, that will send my anxiety through the roof”

“I can’t travel even a small distance because of these issues. It affects my work and personal life”

“I’m too old / too young/not smart enough/not experienced enough/not good enough”

“ I can’t juggle the demands of work and personal life anymore. I feel like I might explode!”

“I’m so unhappy in my personal life but can’t see a way out”

“I set objectives for myself but never seem to achieve them or if I do, I’m still unhappy”

“When I see their faces while presenting, I feel so small and start speaking even faster. I can tell I am losing them”

“I can’t seem to find my voice in my team. Everyone else seems to manage just fine. It’s like I don’t exist”.

A pessimist sees the difficulty in every opportunity;

an optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty.
